- How fast can you start?
- Once your school is registered and the request is in, we match a licensed provider and confirm scheduling against your campus calendar, usually within days. Evaluation timelines are committed before work begins.
- What if we already have a part-time SLP?
- Keep them. We fill gaps, not replace people. Many districts route overflow, bilingual caseloads, or a single hard-to-staff service to us while their own staff carries the rest.
- Who employs the provider?
- Providers contract with The Connecting Pod, not with your district. We verify licenses, run the required background checks and fingerprinting, and show you the credentials before work begins.
- How does billing work with our PO process?
- One monthly invoice, every line traceable to a signed session note your campus already accepted. It fits standard PO workflows, and we will walk your business office through it on the first cycle.
- Can parents get reports in Spanish?
- Yes. Bilingual evaluations are delivered by evaluators who test in Spanish, and written translation of reports and documents is available as its own service.
