The Connecting Pod

How it works

Request to receipt, with nothing off the record.

The same four steps every time, whether you're buying one evaluation or a year of therapy.

For districts: four steps, start to invoice

  1. Request

Pick a service from the published catalog, tell us about the need, and upload the signed consent. It takes minutes, and you can watch the request move from that moment on: requested, matched, scheduled, delivered.

  2. Match

We assign a licensed, background-checked provider and show you the credentials before work begins. Bilingual needs are matched to bilingual professionals automatically when a student's language calls for it.

  3. Deliver

On your campus or by secure teletherapy, on your calendar. Every session ends with a signed note, and one message thread per engagement means no lost emails and no loose PDFs.

  4. Account

You review and accept the work before it's ever billed. One invoice a month, and every line traces to a signed session note.

For providers: the same machine, from your side

  1. See the assignment

Service, campus, schedule, and rate, visible before you commit to anything.

  2. Accept what fits

Your availability, counties, and caseload cap gate what reaches you. Work doesn't come unless it fits.

  3. Deliver and document

Session notes built for a phone in a school parking lot: minutes, not evenings.

  4. Get paid traceably

The campus accepts your documented work and payment follows, with every line accounted for.

Behind the scenes: every step writes the record

Each request, match, session, and acceptance is logged as it happens. The signed session note is the atom of the whole system: it says who delivered what, to whom, when, and for how long, and it is attested by the provider and accepted by your campus. When an auditor, a hearing officer, or a parent asks what happened, the answer is not a reconstruction. It is the record, already written, already signed. That is not a feature we added to the process. It is the process.
