ARD & IEP Support
ARD / IEP Participation
Your evaluator or therapist, at your ARD table, explaining results and recommendations in plain language, and in Spanish when families need it.
What's included
- Preparation and review of the student's records before the ARD
- Participation in person or by video
- Plain-language explanation of results for the family
- Spanish-language participation when the family needs it
Who delivers it
The evaluator or therapist who worked with the student, whenever possible; otherwise a qualified professional briefed on the record.
Where
- On your campus
- By secure video
Questions districts ask
- Will it be the same person who evaluated the student?
- That is the goal and the norm. Families trust results more when the person who tested their child is the one explaining them.
- Can they join by video?
- Yes. Video participation is common for rural districts and counts the same for the ARD record.
- Do you translate for Spanish-speaking families?
- Better: bilingual professionals participate in Spanish directly, and written translation of documents is available as a separate service.
- How is time billed?
- Hourly at the published rate, including agreed preparation time, all documented.
- Can you attend a contentious ARD?
- Yes. Calm, plain-spoken explanation of the data is exactly what a hard ARD needs, and our professionals are experienced in them.
