Questions districts ask

Why is this quoted instead of a flat rate?
Document length varies too much for one honest price. Send the document and you will have a firm quote, usually within 2 business days.
Is machine translation involved?
No. Special-education documents carry legal weight, and a mistranslated eligibility line is not a risk worth taking.
Can you translate before the ARD?
Tell us the ARD date when you send the document and we schedule the translation against it.
What about interpretation at meetings?
For live meetings, bilingual ARD participation is usually the better answer: the professional explains directly in Spanish rather than through relay.
Which documents qualify?
Evaluation reports, IEP paperwork, consent forms, and family-facing notices. If in doubt, send it and ask.
